Description: This is a fully equipped studio/apartment/flat with a 8m2/86sq.ft. balcony overlooking the bay of Agay. Fully equipped for a self catering stay in the south of France near the sea. It has a living room with a small TV, a small separate bedroom (3,3m2/35sq.ft), a small kitchenette, plus a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, and cutlery for 6 pers. The appartment/flat has room for up to 4 persons; 1 sofa-bed in the living room provides for 2 good beds of 90x200cm each when folded out. In the bedroom you will find one bed 90x200cm, and 170cm above this bed, a loft bed measuring 90x200cm. For safety reasons this bed just below the ceiling may not be used for children under the age of 6. All beds are with good quality mattresses to ensure a good sleep and a relaxed stay. Location and parking: Building with 2 floors. Our apartment is on the 1st.floor, with French neighbours on both sides. The white fence secures the swimming pool area outside. Close to the main front door outside there is a designated parking space for 1 vehicle. The apartment is on the 1st. floor. No elevator. No pets allowed. Very close walk of less than 300 meters to the sandy beach, local shops, a bakery, restaurants, a postoffice, small supermarket and other facilities. 5min. walk to bus stops on RN98, the corniche road along the coast. 20min walk to the train station. 25min. by car to downtown Frejus/St. Raphael 45min. drive to Sophia Antipolis. 55min. drive to the CAP3000 shopping Center near Nice. 60min to the National (terminal 2) & International (terminal 1) Côte D'Azur airport and The Promenades des Anglais,- the corniche along the Mediterranean in Nice. How to get to the apartment: By car from Holland/Belgium/Paris, then click here Fly to Nice, and from there by rental car or train/bus/taxi to Agay Fly to Nice, and we can arrange to meet you at the airport By train from Amsterdam or Paris via Marseille What to do: Go sunbathing during the summer. Take a walk along the beach during the winter, summer - anytime! Relax, enjoy the weather, the appartment, the beach. Go hiking in the Massif Esterel, a large national forest with mountains. Swim in the sea, the pool, go fishing, biking. Drive some 10 minutes to find excellent golf courses. Enjoy the small local restaurants, the food, and our local bakery and bookstore. Play tennis. Enjoy your privacy. Take the local bus to Les Trayas, to Cannes, or to Saint Raphael and Frejus. Ask the busdriver to drive a little slower so you can enjoy the magnificent view of the coastline.
