| Reno has a lot of experience as a mountain guide,
instructor, director of the School for Mountain Guides of the Asociación Ecuatoriana de
Guías de Montaña Aseguim, is president of the Guías de Montaña de Ecuador, and the
founder and director of a mountain-guiding company. He speaks three languages, including
